At SOF Week, Circle Optics joined conversations shaping the future of defense innovation, autonomy, and mission readiness through real time panoramic perception, while strengthening relationships with customers, collaborators, and transition leaders advancing mission ready technologies. From reconnecting with Deepnight and engaging with John McCanney of the ART Program, Lisa at Bell Collaborative, and Priam Poddar, the week reinforced an important truth: breakthrough technologies move faster when technical capability, trusted partnerships, and operational relevance align. At SOF Week, one message came through clearly: technologies that strengthen situational awareness, reduce complexity, and accelerate transition to mission deployment are urgently needed.
For Circle Optics, this year’s conversations reinforced the growing importance of real time panoramic perception in mission environments where speed, accuracy, and full environment understanding matter. Pegasus was built to help solve a persistent challenge: how to capture coherent, stitch free panoramic awareness without the latency, distortion, and downstream computational burden often introduced by traditional multi camera architectures.
A meaningful part of our week was spending time with partners, collaborators, and customers helping move innovation from research to operational relevance. We were grateful for time with Deepnight, a Circle Optics customer advancing neural network based night vision capabilities, and for conversations with leaders helping shape defense innovation pathways and transition programs.
